Typically, premium student accommodations require a digital presence that perfectly mirrors their physical high-end identity while actively converting online traffic into resident bookings. Our goal here was to attract highly qualified leads - local students looking for premium housing in Bristol.
To solve this, we designed and built a bespoke, fully on-brand website that captures the premium lifestyle of the property. To ensure we could continue to optimise for long-term value, we also designed and continue to deliver a comprehensive monthly analytics report that maps out exact user behaviors and booking intent.
This dual approach of brand-led design backed by live data architecture transformed their website from a static brochure into a high-converting business asset that minimizes drop-offs and reveals precise consumer interest and demand.
Ultimately, we built a site where nearly 1 in 7 visitors took direct action to book a viewing.
