Harris Associates is a London capital markets advisory firm specialising in student accommodation. They came to us with Shore Station, a 632-bed scheme in Leith and the largest single-site PBSA development in Edinburgh, being brought to market for institutional forward funding on behalf of HUB and Bridges Fund Management. A forward funding opportunity of this scale is decided by a small number of institutional investors reading closely, so the site had to carry the full case, the scheme, the location, the market, the developer track record, without asking them to work for it. We designed and built this multi-page site with clear section navigation and user journeys, letting investors move straight to the detail they needed and return to the wider story. The result gave Harris Associates a marketing asset that matched the calibre of the opportunity, and a single link they could put in front of investors and funding partners with confidence.
